Platforms, formats, APIs, third-party software: the ever-changing landscape of social media means that making our experiences and content accessible to all members of our audiences is as challenging as creating accessible websites. In this session, we’ll cover the basics that social media managers need to know to ensure that their social channels are reflecting the inclusive and accessible visions of their institutions. And we’ll dive a little deeper to understand how users with different types of disabilities experience social media and how to reflect that experience in our channels.
