Creating an inclusive virtual visit experience

How to embrace, champion and strategize an accessible, digital-first approach

As emerging technology continues to push us towards a digital-first world, it’s imperative higher ed institutions embrace this shift in their recruitment practices. Years after COVID-19 first impacted how campuses operate, we’re still seeing prospective students elect to take a virtual tour before or instead of scheduling an in-person visit. The reality of inflation on travel costs combined with the boom of social media have further directed students to initially seek information online. Expectations are high with the feeling of inclusivity and accessibility at the forefront of what students care most about. This tactical session is designed to support marketing, admissions, and enrollment professionals embrace this digital shift and champion virtual visit best practices that keep the student journey at the heart of every decision.
