This presentation is born from the question that I have been asked a number of times and the question that I know some people are wanting to ask but are afraid to: How do I ensure my website is fully accessible?Understanding website usability is key to understanding what tests to perform on your website to ensure accessibility. First, we’ll dive into the different technologies that website visitors may utilize to navigate your website and how that impacts what tests you should be performing. Then I’ll discuss how far automated testing can take you. Last, we’ll run through the various manual checks that you should be performing on your website. We’ll demo some free and paid-subscription tools.
