As I leave the profession, I find myself asking one question: Did all that work actually communicate anything? Or, to put it another way: If we are unique schools, why does my website look so much like yours? Do hit rates and retention times tell us anything about communication?
Come for 30 minutes of mostly questions and a lively 15 minutes of discussion. There will be no final answers, but maybe nudges in the many directions that should be right for each of our institutions.
